Annual Company Meeting

As a leading group in its field Wienerberger Group has many offices all around the world. Once a year partners from international offices meet together to exchange their experience, gain new knowledge and simply enjoy time together in unformal talks.

We were happy that RIGA was chosen as their meeting destination in year 2023

Baltic Incentive participated in planning process helping to choose hotels, dinner venues and programme as well as organization of the programme on spot, including:

• private airport transfers
• accommodation
• gifts
• assistance during conference & workshops
• activities and social programme
• dinners

WIENERBERGER is a company that strongly stands for Biodiversity and Sustainable Future, so it was a setting also for the whole programme in RIGA.
For example, one of the social programme activities was tree planting and building of birdhouses which later were placed in local forest.

We were happy to be part of organisers team of this great event in RIGA!
